Crab & Shrimp Salad makes a delicious lunch with no cooking required! Perfect for the hot days of summer!
I don't know about you, but when the temperature outside soars above 90 (and stays there for days on end), the last thing I want to do is turn on the stove and produce even more heat. This summer has been especially brutal so far, and I've found myself craving lighter meals that don't involve standing near an oven. This Crab & Shrimp Salad is so simple to whip up, tastes delicious, and will help you beat the heat!
Ingredients:
- 1 can fancy white crab meat (drained)
- 1 can tiny shrimp (drained)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh dill
- juice of half a lemon
In a medium size bowl, just stir all the ingredients together until fully combined. Easy as that! This salad is terrific served with crackers, in a sandwich, or as a wrap!
